Meet MansingAngel, Ghana’s First Country Music Prodigy

Manfred Amoah , better known  by  his stage name MansingAngel is a singer , songwriter, guitarist  and exporter / real estate owner from Ghana. His musical style is a distinct blend of country, pop and Afro music  which is evident in his vocal delivery which intertwines the mentioned Genres. 

Growing up in Liberia, Manfred was influenced to sing by his mother who was an ardent lover of music and when they moved to Ghana he was mostly influenced by a lot of country musicwhich his family listened to . His interest in music led to his indulgence and participation in music competitions such as  starsof the future, amongst others. 

During this period of musical growth, Manfred collaborated with well renowned  music producers  such as kill beatz and Kaywa,  whose efforts resulted in the  production of the song  “Imaginations”  featuring Yaw Siki . This was achieved by partnering with  the Davis multimedia  group from the United states .  Their efforts resulted in him winning the 2011’s 4syte video music award for best video photography over Becca, trigmatic, ruff and smooth , jay Ghartey , Kevin beats   and 4×4. 

‘Manfred has been described as  a being very instrumental in pioneering the  fusion  of genres, a very daring feat for a Ghanaian artiste  who aims to achieve commercial success’ – Shirely Frimpong-Manso


Manfred was actively involved in performing at a very  keyevents mostly in the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions, building prominence in his brand at the time when his  team was very actively involved in recording 

His music had received a lot of rotation on mainstream tv and radio  garnering him the acclaimed ‘riding dirty’ name – a nickname associated with what is perceived as a cowboy in these parts of the world .
